BOOKING POLICIES

 

Please read the booking policies carefully and thoroughly!!

Booking & Deposit


A non-refundable deposit of 50% the session total is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session. Deposit can be paid via cash or direct payment invoice.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling


 

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance in order for your deposit to be transferred. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date only once. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations.

 

Late Arrivals


 

Sessions begin at the scheduled time. You have 5 minute grace period. After that grace period, a $25 late fee will be applied to your session total. You will not receive your edited galley until full payment has been received.

 

Weather Policy


 

For outdoor sessions, I will monitor the weather and communicate with you if conditions are not ideal. In this case, we will reschedule your session at no extra cost.

Turnaround Time

Galleries are typically delivered within 3-4 days unless otherwise noted. Sometimes it takes a little longer if I have a greater amount of galleries to edit but I will inform you if so. I highly recommend booking your session at least 2 weeks in advance of the requested date to have edits back.



Editing & Retouching

All delivered images will be professionally edited in my style. Additional edits or retouching requests may incur an extra fee. Please do not alter or re-edit the photos that I deliver as that can misrepresent my work. If you would like a photo re-edited reach out and I will be happy to do that.


Print Release

A print release is included with your gallery, allowing you to print and share your images for personal use. Please do not alter, edit, or apply filters to the images, as they are delivered in my editing style. Commercial use, resale, or claiming the images as your own is prohibited. Copyright of all images remains with the photographer.

Travel Fees

Travel fees automatically apply to all locations outside of a 20 mile radius from my current location at $0.75 per mile (e.g. if you book a session on a specific date and I have already booked a session prior in a different location, I calculate travel from that location)
